What’s an Autumn Gathering? It’s the TRF Kiwanis groups annual autumn fundraiser where we find sponsors who want to decorate a table, bring some salads to eat and invite people to vote on the best of the two!
What’s involved? Sponsors decorate a table with a theme – can be to promote your business, a holiday or just fun – go crazy! You provide all the fixing for the table; coverings, place settings and cups, napkins, etc. Any other treats or special items are up to you! Each sponsor is also asked to bring an extra-large batch of a salad (divide into 2 bowls) that they think will be award winning! Kiwanis provides butter & rolls and beverages.
How does the fundraising work? We have two table sizes to choose from, rectangular and round. Tickets are $10 each – each sponsor is asked to sell the seats at their table (we will help with ticket sales if you aren’t able to sell all the seats). Can’t decide on what theme? Or have that many friends? Sponsor more than one table!! There will be voting on two items: best salad and best table decor. Win the rights to brag that yours was the best!! We have awesome trophies ~
Rectangle Tables are $100 and seats 8-10 people * Round Tables are $50 and seats 5-6 people Let us know if you are interested in sponsoring a table, or two!
